Last time, I showed you how to create your Product Backlog. Today, we are going to work with that Product Backlog and configure our sprints and bring stories from the backlog to the sprint. By setting our team capacity, we will be able to break down stories into tasks and determine if our team can commit to the stories that are brought in.
